This two-day workshop for senior leaders is designed for those already working in large scale change projects. Together we will explore the essential components of successful change leadership and collectively advance the knowledge, skills, behaviours and tools required to lead successful change initiatives in your schools.
In this workshop, we will delve into the critical aspects of change and transformation, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of schools in the current context. You will enhance your understanding of leading change and leave equipped with actionable strategies to drive meaningful transformation.
One month after the workshop, we will facilitate a group check-in, accountability, and coaching call to enhance the learning experience and foster collegial accountability This follow-up session will provide an opportunity for you to reflect on your progress, share insights, and discuss challenges faced in implementing change initiatives. It will serve as a valuable platform for ongoing support, collaboration, and learning from peers who have undergone similar change journeys.
Our aim is to empower you with the tools and strategies necessary to lead change and transformation effectively, while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement within your school.
Target Audiences:
This workshop is designed specifically for senior leaders and coordinators who play a pivotal role in driving change and transformation. It is tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals in leadership positions who are responsible for shaping the direction and future of their schools. Additionally, coordinators who are responsible for overseeing specific areas, such as curriculum development, assessment, or professional development, will find this workshop invaluable in understanding how to align these areas with the larger change agenda and ensure successful implementation.
The benefit of attending this workshop is amplified when schools send two or more colleagues to participate together.
